Graduated as an Electrical Engineer from the University of Evansville, Indiana, USA (Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering) in May 1992. Has 28 years’ experience in managing and operating IT services for various industries in Malaysia, especially in Government Sectors.

He has been directly involved in the design and development of various implementations of IT system and solution, among others Islamic Banking Product Approval and Repository System for Bank Negara Malaysia, Digital Signature and System Security Enhancement Project for the Ministry of Health, Online Registration, Assessment and Licensing System for National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency (NPRA), Food Safety Information System for the Ministry of Health and Continuing Professional Development (MyCPD) Online System for the Ministry of Health.
